Shipping
Domestic - Free shipping for orders $300 and over; $12 flat rate for all other orders.
International - We offer free international shipping on orders over $300 USD with either USPS Priority International and UPS Expedited Worldwide. Please note, if you choose these services, all taxes and duties will need to be collected by the courier of the service selected prior to delivery. The courier will contact you directly. We also offer DHL Express Worldwide in which taxes and duties are calculated and paid at time of purchase and will not require payment to the courier prior to delivery. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Orders placed online will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in the mail.
Suzanne Rae is not responsible for any delay in shipping or delivery issues once a shipment has been dispatched and tracking information sent to the customer, including any items abandoned or failed to be received.
Returns and Exchanges
Taking effect March 22, 2024, merchandise in original condition with all original tags may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days of receipt of goods, starting from day of delivery. This does mean that no refunds will be issued. Free returns and exchanges will be offered for full price items only on domestic orders. Store credits will not expire. Original order shipping charges are not refundable.
Suzanne Rae does not offer price adjustments on sales.
Promotional offers are only available for items purchased during said sale and are not applicable on any previous purchases. Unless otherwise stated, any item purchased at or over 30% off is not eligible for return or exchange and is considered FINAL SALE.
Completing a Return or Exchange
Please email info@suzannerae.com to request an RA number and return shipping label. Please include:
- your order number
- items you wish to return
- reason for return
We will respond to your request within 2 business days and provide a return shipping label for domestic orders only. Upon receiving the RA and shipping label, returns must be shipped within 10 days to be eligible for return.
For International orders, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Suzanne Rae is not responsible for duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Taxes and Duties
For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Suzanne Rae is not responsible for payment of this duty, nor will the cost be reimbursed should you choose to make a return.
Payment Methods
Our online store accepts payment in the form of credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover) and Pay Pal. We are not able to alter or cancel online orders once they have been placed.
Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined. First time purchase discount code is only applicable to full price items.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission.
