Orders placed online will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in the mail.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer free returns for domestic orders!
Merchandise in original condition with all original tags may be exchanged or refunded within 10 days of receipt of goods when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Original order shipping charges are not refundable.
All sales are final on promotions, markdowns, and intimates.
Suzanne Rae does not offer price adjustments on sales.
Completing a Return or Exchange
Please email email@example.com to request an RA number and return shipping label. Please include:
- your order number
- items you wish to return
- reason for return
We will respond to your request within 2 business days and provide a return shipping label for domestic orders only. Upon receiving the RA and shipping label, returns must be shipped within 10 days to be eligible for return.
For International orders, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Suzanne Rae is not responsible for duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases.
We will process your exchange or refund as soon as possible but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.
We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Taxes and Duties
For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Suzanne Rae is not responsible for payment of this duty, nor will the cost be reimbursed should you choose to make a return.
Our online store accepts payment in the form of credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card, and Discover) and Pay Pal. We are not able to alter or cancel online orders once they have been placed.
